How will Therapy
help me?
AVAILABLE IN-PERSON, VIA SKYPE OR ZOOM!
It is not very often in our lives we are really heard without someone throwing advice at us, telling us to get over it or simply soldier on.
This is what I offer… to deeply listen to where you are right at this moment.
When we are genuinely heard and understood, we can move forward from where we are stuck. To have a safe and non-judgemental space to process and move on from what is difficult is a gift.
This is what I offer… a basic trust in the wisdom that lies inherent in you.
For therapy to be successful it has been proven that your body needs to be included, not only your physical body, but your body as it senses, feels, experiences life and creates meaning.
With successful therapy a person moves from a known ‘stuckness’ into a new way of being that has yet to be experienced.
I offer a diverse range of therapies!
